What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Collecting through our website
Siteplan’s website, https://www.siteplan.com.au, is hosted in Australia. There are a number of ways in which we collect information though our website.
We use Google Analytics to collect data about your interaction with our website. The sole purpose of collecting your data in this way is to improve your experience when using our site. The types of data we collect with these tools include:
- your device’s IP address (collected and stored in an anonymized format)
- device screen size
- device type, operating system and browser information
- geographic location (city)
- referring domain and out link if applicable
- search terms and pages visited on our website
- date and time when pages were accessed on our website
If your web browser has Do Not Track enabled, Google will not track your visit.
Information submitted through the contact forms on our Site are sent to our company email, hosted by Gmail. You can find more about Google policy here.
We keep these submissions for customer service purposes and never share with any third parties.

Third Parties – Sharing outside of Australia
We don’t share, sell, trade or otherwise transfer your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information. We use overseas organisations to help conduct our business. These include providers that provide our design platforms, mailing lists and our IT. The countries in which those organisations are located are Canada, India, Germany, UK and the USA.
We may store your information in cloud or other types of networked or electronic storage. As electronic or networked storage can be accessed from various countries via an internet connection, it’s not always practicable to know in which country your information may be held. If your information is stored in this way, disclosures may occur in countries other than those listed.
Overseas organisations may be required to disclose information we share with them under a foreign law. In those instances, we will not be responsible for that disclosure.

Siteplan will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
